London Modern Quilt Guilt giveaway

You might know that we have a branch of the Modern Quilt Guilt here in London  (in the UK and not to be confused with the one in London, Canada!) and we have a great giveaway running this week.

We are making great things and are a lovely bunch of people and we will have a little gallery of our makes in August at the Quilt Festival Birmingham !


And because you can't have a post without a pic I thought I share with you my quarter of a New York Beauty star I made for the baby quilt for our president Michael and his wife who had their first baby a few month ago.

Very tricky to make the thing (the star I mean...) but I rather enjoyed it.

    I jumped right into paper piecing with a NY Beauty star- and it was worth every seam I had to rip and re-do.. A really satisfying block, and your saturated red and dots do it justice!
