Not a lot of sewing going on at needlesandlemons HQ. The weather was so lovely last week that I spend a lot of time outdoors, though some hands sewing ensued and thus progress on the neutral hexi project. And this weekend there is a lot of Olympics to watch and I had the good fortune to be able to go to the Beach Volleyball yesterday which was nothing short of amazing.
But it is Sunday and some fabric has arrived over the past past week and I'd like to share it with you. To progress with my neutral hexi project I am always on the hunt for neutrals, creams, texture in neutral colours and came across these prints of Essex Linen the other day at Hawthorn threads.
Although I only needed the neutral one I also bought the other colours as they are so wonderful. The texture is just like the solid Essex linen prints.
The collection is called La Femme Essex Linen and is by Melissa Crowley.
Have a lovely Sunday.
Love that top one. Haven't seen these anywhere else. Fab.
ReplyDeleteI love these, they make me want to get out the colouring pens and accentuate some of the details, it might even be cool to embroider some of the details, ooh, the possivlities are endless!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous! I'd love to embroider some of the black and white one!!
ReplyDeleteI love the beige one!
